Off and on Perl, C, and assembly developer since... well, I learned C in pre-ANSI K&R, Perl in the 4.036 Camel book, and the first assembly languages I learned were IBM 360, Intel 808[05], and some 16-bit minicomputer that was neither DEC nor Data General - maybe Prime. Also dabbled with Fortran, Cobol, PL/I, APL, Lisp, Scheme, Smalltalk, Pascal, Ada, Prolog, and a bunch of other assembly languages.

Currently peripherally involved in Dreamwidth, FreeBSD/390, Hercules, and various perl-related projects.

What I was planning to do at the PQAH 2012:

1. All these little typos and pod errors that drive me nuts
2. Think of a way to submit bug reports and patches through CPAN so I don't have to spend 1 hour hunting for a repo or bugtracker just for a doubled or misspelled word
3. Fall back to wandering semi-aimlessly in search of something to do or someone who'll let me pester them with questions

What I actually did:
* Some of 1, on BooK's perlsecret and pjcj's Devel::Cover (I think someone in IRC steered me to it)
* Wrote filk about it
* Made bad puns (which shouldn't surprise anyone who knows me)
* Ate way too much (hush, Wendy!)
Other Act conferences:
