Follow Line 7, direction La Courneuve - 8 mai 1945, station Porte de la Villette.

Drive highway A1 (from Lille), A4 (from Strasbourg), A6 (from Lyon), A20, A71 and A10 (from Toulouse), A811, A11 and A10 (from Nantes).
You can access a fee paying car park either from boulevard MacDonald or from quai de la Charente.

Once inside...

In the main hall (level 0), use one of the 2 staircases to go to level -1, then walk through the hall to the (natural) light. The entrance of Carrefour Numérique is on your left before the staircase to level -2.
