Dancer is an easy-to-use, fun, clever micro web framework, intended for the newbie, experienced and even seasonal Perl programmer. It is route-based (inspired by Ruby's Sinatra) and provides a rapid and enjoyable way to create Plack/PSGI compatible web applications.
