How to travel to Marseilles
Marseilles is the second (or third depending upon the years)
- by train, particularly the TGV, thanks to which Marseilles is only 3 hours from Paris
- by plane, with regular domestic and international flights;
- by road, with several major highways;
- by boat, although it's more anecdotical and reserved for other mediterranean countries.
Because of the distance between the respective airports of Paris and Marseille, the most simple and resting travelling mean is the TGV, which is also quite cheap. Britains thus can take the Eurostar up to Paris, then take the TGV up to Marseilles.
